Eckard Companies is redefining our company. In anticipation of value add opportunities in energy over the next decade, we have made the corporate decision to make significant changes in virtually all areas of our business. The changes and the decision to rebrand our firm were based upon the clear and decisive vision to narrow our focus and to build value. Eckard Global is committed to developing reserves and asset values in shale and non-conventional energy trends. The need to reinvent ourselves was based upon a very in-depth review of our history and all that took us from our origin to where we are today. In that analysis, it was clear that a strict focus and plan of action were imperative to creating long term value for our firm, its shareholders and our Partners. The plan involves making acquisitions in repeatable, transparent and long lived basins using the latest state of the art technologies. We will build value in exploration and midstream assets through key joint ventures and collaborative efforts with larger and more experienced energy companies. Our future is one of preserving capital, building value through strategic positioning, and focusing on oil and liquid rich trends. Eckard Global has assembled an experienced team of management and staff to lead our firm into what is expected to be the most exciting and profitable decade of our company's history. We have had our share of bruises and missteps along our way the last 27 years. All in all, we have proven to be a resilient firm with a nose for knowing where to be and how to identify unique opportunities. Our new team, new name and our tight focus on non-conventional and shale plays will afford all involved the opportunity to achieve unprecedented success. Our focus in 2012 is to develop assets already owned and managed by Eckard Global and to add like kind assets that build upon our expertise and experience. We will seek to acquire low risk, long-lived assets that provide for a decade's worth of exploration and midstream value. On February 1, 2012, we have relocated our corporate offices from Boerne, Texas where we have been since 1997 to Dallas, Texas.
